Hello crafty friends!
Today I am back with my final day – Day 16 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! For my last holiday card for this year wanted to use the adorable Christmas Fishes stamp set by Lawn Fawn!
First, I stamped my images onto Neenah cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. Then, they were cut out using the Brother Scan’n’Cut.
I ink blended the background with Distress Oxide Inks (see color map below for the exact colors) and I also used a Sun Ray stencil and white pigment ink to add more interest. I die cut a hill panel and ink blended that as well and also added lots of splatters.
I attached the background and the hill to a red card base. Then I added all my images with liquid glue and foam squares. I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto a copic-colored sentiment strip and added it to the card.
Finally, to embellish the card I added shimmer pen, Crystal Glaze and Stickles.
This concludes my holiday card series for this year. I had a lot of fun creating all of these cards. I hope to share lots more next year!
Thank you for stopping by and have a very merry Christmas if you celebrate and if not have a wonderful rest of the year. All the best, lots of happiness and, most importantly, health for 2021!!
