Hello crafty friends!
Today I am here with Day 13 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! I was still running low on Christmas cards, so I decided to make a trio of card! I used the adorable “Merry Mice” stamp set by Hello Bluebird!
If you would like to see how I made this frame just click on the video below or just keep reading!
First, I stamped all my images three times onto Neenah cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. Then, they were cut out using the Brother Scan’n’Cut.
For each of the three cards I die cut the Winter Woods Overlay twice, once from white cardstock and once from fun foam and I also die cut the Snowy Scene out of Bristol Smooth cardstock.
For all the cards I also die cut the Falala word die three times out of white cardstock and once out of silver cardstock. I ink blended the Snowy backdrops in pink, purple and blue (see color map below for the exact shades!) and I also added some light blue on all the hills.
I attached the Snowy Scene pieces to a card bases. Layered the two Winter Woods Overlay and added it on top of the snowy backgrounds. Then I added my images with liquid glue and foam squares.
Finally, to embellish them I added lots of shimmer pen, Crystal Glaze and Stickles for added sparkle!
I am so happy to have a few more cards done to send out and I was really surprised how quickly these came together. I really hope you like them!
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
