Hello Everyone!
Today I want to share a shaker card with you! I first saw the technique in a video from Jennifer McGuire and I really wanted to give it a try.
First, I stamped the images from the “Peonies in Bloom” using masking to create a bouquet and watercolored them using Kuretake Zig Markers. I used my electronic die cutting machine to cut the opening for the shaker in the front panel. I ink blended a little bit of Spun Sugar Distress ink to the edges for a little interest. I then added foam tape around my bouquet and filled it with clear AB crystals.
I added a piece of clear acetate to close the shaker and adhered the front panel on top. I added my sentiment from the “Picnic with Friends” stamp set and a few crystals to the front and adhered it to an A2 sized card base.
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
