Hello everyone!
I am beyond excited to be joining the Hello Sweetums Design Team!! I still can hardly believe it. Today I want to share my very first project with you. I used the adorable “Yeti Set Go” and “Snowy Smooches” stamp sets. This is also the very first card for my first-ever Holiday Card Series and I am so looking forward to sharing lots more holiday crafts with you!
First, I stamped and colored all the images using Zig Markers. Then, I cut them out using my Brother Scan’n’Cut.
I die cut the two panels using the “Slippery Slopes” and one with the “Mountains of Magic” dies. The background was lightly ink blended with Victorian Velvet Distress ink. Then I used a background stamp to create the look of falling snow and heat embossed it in white. The two hills were blended with Cracked Pistachio and the mountains with Tumbled Glass Distress ink. I also die cut the mountain tops from a glittery white cardstock.
I heat embossed the sentiment from the “Yeti Set Go” stamp set in silver. I first adhered the mountains to the background and added the snow caps using liquid glue. Then, I added the hills using foam tape. Finally, I added all my images using foam tape and adhered everything to an A2 sized card base.
I hope you enjoyed this one! Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
