Hello Crafty Friends!
I hope you are doing well! Today I want to share the a new ard with you. I had the idea for this a while back and I am super happy to have finally made it!I used the adorable “Really High Five” and the sweet guitar playing penguin from “Here We Go a Waddeling” from Lawn Fawn to set my little concert scene!
If you would like to see how I made this card just click on the video below or just keep reading!
First, I stamped all my images onto Neenah cardstock and colored all of them using Copic markers. For the penguin I masked off his santa hat before stamping and just filed in the rest of the line with a Copic Multiliner! Then, they were cut out using the Brother Scan’n’Cut.
I cut a panel of bristol smooth cardstock measuring 4 1/4 x 8 1/2 and I ink blended it with Squeezed Lemonade, Ripe Persimmon, Picked Raspberry, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot Distress Ink. I also added splatters of Liquid Stardust for more shine. Then I die cut the elements of the Build-a-House die, the Mini String of Lights die. Some trees using the Hello Bluebird Birch Tree die, tree tops with the Lawn Fawn Puffy Cloud borders, a hill with the Slimline Hillside Borders dies and a tree stump from the Meadow Backdrop out of various colors of cardstock. I ink blended the hill and tree tops using Shabby Shutter, Peeled Paint and Forest Moss Distress ink. For the trees and tree stump I used Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I assembled the house elements to create my little house. Added the hill, trees, tree tops, tree trunk, light string and house to the background to set my scene.
Finally I added all my images onto the scene and I also added lots of shimmer pen for added shine!
I really hope you enjoyed this one! I had so much fun making it!
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
