Hello crafty friends!
Today I am back with Day 8 of my 2020 Holiday Card Series! This time it’s a new #ChallengeACraftyFriend with my friend Lien! For this one the theme was: Switch Styles! Since I make mostly Scene cards and she makes mostly CAS cards we thought it would be fun to switch it up. So this is my attempt at a CAS card!
If you would like to see how I made this frame just click on the video below or just keep reading!
First, I stamped my images onto Neenah cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. Then, they were cut out using the Brother Scan’n’Cut.
I die my main panel with Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. I also die cut a hill and used some Tumbled Glass on that. I also used a generous amount of shimmer spritz on it to create an icy look.
I adhered the background to an A2 sized card base and added the hill with foam tape. Then I added my adorable little sheep and added the accessories with liquid glue. I heat embossed the sentiment onto red cardstock and added those strips with foam squares.
Finally, to embellish the I added a bit of shimmer pen and Stickles. I hope you like it!
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
