Hello crafty friends!
I hope you are doing well! For this week’s card for Moni’s Bastelkiste I made this fun interactive new home card! For this one I used the Magic Iris die from Lawn Fawn.
I stamped the images on marker paper and cut them out using my Brother Scan’n’Cut DX. Then, I colored them using Copic markers. Once I finished coloring, I die-cut the all the pieces for the magic iris as well as two grass borders. I ink-blended all of the die-cuts and assembled the magic iris (you can see exactly how in the video below). I added my cute little birdhouse overtop of the iris and added my images inside.
Then, I decorated the outside of the birdhouse with a few branches and flowers. I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto vellum and attached it with micro glue dots. Finally, I added stardust stickles on the flowers for a little extra sparkle.
